Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler at the Tijuana Campus to support materials and production functions. You will review order feasibility, prepare production plans, and input data into the ERP system while monitoring performance against ship dates and inventory targets.

The role requires prior planning experience, production floor exposure, and advanced English. Competitive salary, medical coverage, Christmas bonus, food coupons, and savings fund are offered. Based in Mexico, on-site position.

Formación

• Previous experience as Planner.
• Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.
• Previous experience Medical experience.
• Experience in production floor.
• Production control knowledge.
• Follow-up of the production plan.
• English Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Checking the possibility of order fulfillment based on available resources.
• Preparation of production plans and data entry into the company system.
• Monitor and control plan implementation; act on deviations.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Monitor system accuracy and data (routing, BOM, CFT).
• Prepare clean-to-build reports and check material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and handle stock differences.
• Advise associates on day-to-day priorities of customer requests.
• Address issues impacting ship date, lead-time, and inventory goals.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler on product life cycle and material availability.
• Drive process improvements inside and outside order management.
