Flex, located in Guadalajara, is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage daily production schedules and ensure efficient deliverables without downtime. This role will liaise between the materials team and production personnel to optimize processes and maintain productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Administration or Engineering, advanced English skills, and significant experience in production planning. Competitive salary and benefits including medical insurance and food coupons are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily production schedules.
• Supervise deadlines and ensure efficiency in scheduling.
• Liaise between teams on demand management.
• Develop strategies for capacity & equipment utilization.

Conocimientos

Production floor planning

Advanced Excel

MRP knowledge

Advanced English (written and spoken)

SMT, PTH, PCBA, and BOX processes knowledge

Educación

BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related
