Flex, located in Guadalajara, is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage daily production schedules and ensure efficient deliverables without downtime. This role will liaise between the materials team and production personnel to optimize processes and maintain productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Administration or Engineering, advanced English skills, and significant experience in production planning. Competitive salary and benefits including medical insurance and food coupons are offered.

Master Scheduler – Guadalajara, North Site

The Master Scheduler role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on‑time and efficient deliveries of final product with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Create daily production schedules
• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
• Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
• Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
• Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
• Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
• Provide training to staff members as required
• Report key metrics as required

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.

• Solid knowledge of SMT, PTH, PCBA, and BOX processes.
• Experience with Kinaxis would be a plus.
• Creates the production plan.
• Monitoring the production plan on the production floor
• Strong knowledge in MRP.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience in NPI.
• Schedule availability
• Work under pressure.
• Organized
