Flex seeks a Planner Scheduler in Guadalajara to oversee shift production, staffing, and inventory, aligning operations with volume, quality, and cost goals. Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, you will coordinate with multiple teams to optimize KOIs and drive efficiency.

The role requires BA/BS or equivalent, advanced English and Excel, and experience with NPI, product transfers, and MOQ/PPV processes. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in NPI and product transfers.
• Demand analysis and loading.
• Experience with MOQ/PPV excesses and Do Not Buy lists.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee assembly operations to meet KOI.
• Supervise production staff on methods and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites.
• Establish procurement, production and engineering policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report to Senior Management in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor Operations team.
• Provide product training to manufacturing/process engineers.
• Support supply chain to integrate parts from localization efforts.
