Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will publish and track production plans, manage material flows on the floor, and control inventory across the supply chain.

You will work with Kinaxis, BaaN, and FlexFlow to optimize scheduling and data accuracy. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, experience in electronics manufacturing, and strong Excel skills.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience as planner scheduler.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Kinaxis.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of BaaN and FlexFlow.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in data accuracy checks and prepare summary reports and charts.
• Prepare recommendations based on data analysis for management.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and present various data types.
• Maintain and populate databases to support data collection.
• Audit data and resolve integrity issues including budgets.
• Identify parameter-related issues and raise them proactively.
• Suggest process improvements for metrics tracking.
• Monitor and report on material and financial performance.
• Create weekly manufacturing orders including all customer parts.
• Receive data entry from customers and maintain item master content.
• Direct contact with customers and ensure scheduling efficiency with CTB (Clear to Build).

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Planning Manager, responsible for publishing and tracking production plans, material flows on the production floor and responsible for inventory control throughout the supply chain.

What a typical day looks like

• Assists in checking data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphs and charts based on data analysis.
• May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Data Auditing.
• Questions and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to budgets.
• Proactively identifies and raises potential parameter-related issues.
• Where appropriate, suggests process and communication improvements related to metrics tracking activities.
• Tracks financial performance of materials and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
• Create weekly manufacturing orders that include all customer parts.
• Receive data entry for customers.
• Maintain content list and item master.
• Direct customer contact.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build).

Required Experience

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience related to the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the position of Planner scheduler.
• Intermediate-advanced experience with databases such as Kinaxis.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of BaaN and FlexFlow indispensable.
• Intermediate// advanced English.
