Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will publish and track production plans, manage material flows on the floor, and control inventory across the supply chain.

You will work with Kinaxis, BaaN, and FlexFlow to optimize scheduling and data accuracy. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, experience in electronics manufacturing, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience as planner scheduler.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Kinaxis.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of BaaN and FlexFlow.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in data accuracy checks and prepare summary reports and charts.
• Prepare recommendations based on data analysis for management.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and present various data types.
• Maintain and populate databases to support data collection.
• Audit data and resolve integrity issues including budgets.
• Identify parameter-related issues and raise them proactively.
• Suggest process improvements for metrics tracking.
• Monitor and report on material and financial performance.
• Create weekly manufacturing orders including all customer parts.
• Receive data entry from customers and maintain item master content.
• Direct contact with customers and ensure scheduling efficiency with CTB (Clear to Build).
