Emerson Japan, Ltd. in Mexico seeks a seasoned Inventory Control professional to manage warehousing of raw and finish goods, supervise staff, and coordinate material flow across stores and production areas.

You will handle cycle counting, input/output controls, export/import documentation, and KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries while aligning with global logistics and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration.
• Intermediate/Advanced English.
• Ability to travel internationally (USA visa).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Inventory control in warehouses (raw and Finish goods).
• Control inputs and outputs in stores.
• Maintain inventory balances of both physical materials and the inventory control system.
• Develop procedures and routines cycle count
• Coordinate the correct location and identification of materials in stores
• Generate key performance report
• Supervision of warehouse staff
• Develop systems to coordinate the flow of materials receipts, receipt inspection, warehouse and production area.
• Make sure to perform transactions for suspect material.
• Export document management.
• U.S. and foreign country requirements for export/import shipments.
• Freight weight quote request and carriers' management.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: Degree and/or Engineering or related field
• English: Intermediate/Advanced
• 5 years minimum experience or more in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration as well as shipments and logistics.
• Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).
