Emerson Mexicali is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Associate to support accurate stock levels, perform counts, and process warehouse transactions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job description

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • High school diploma, equivalent education, or relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials operations.
  • Experience performing inventory counts, inventory reconciliation, or warehouse transactions.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to perform numerical calculations and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
  • Ability to safely perform the physical activities associated with warehouse operations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with cycle counting programs and inventory control processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Knowledge of inventory auditing practices and warehouse best practices.
  • Training or experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
