Flex is seeking a Materials Supervisor in Guadalajara, North Campus to oversee daily materials management across purchasing, planning and inventory. You will report to the Test Engineering Manager and lead site materials activities to support production and engineering teams.

Key duties include implementing site policies, ensuring material availability, coordinating schedules, and maintaining the production control system.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• A background in manufacturing.
• Experience in materials management.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Knowledge and use of Excel.
• Knowledge of database management.
• Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar.
• Personnel Management.
• Experience with test equipment, preventive maintenance, and calibration control.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• English is a plus.
• Experience in testing and automation is a must.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to Test Engineering Manager, the Materials Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management.

Typical day looks like:

• Assist with implementation of the site materials management policies and procedures
