Flex in Juarez Sur, Mexico, is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to support production planning and data-driven decision making. You will report to the Production Planning Manager and help audit data, generate reports, and drive improvements in material availability and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to KPIs such as OTD, inventory turns, and PPV tracking.

Formación

• SAP HANA experience is desirable.
• Automotive industry experience is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demand planning and risk assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts.
• Prepare recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Collect, compile, analyze and present various types of data.
• Prepare summary reports and charts from multiple sources (e.g., BOM reports, staff metrics).
• Create/maintain databases in support of data collection and audit data integrity.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Material Planning Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the analysis of data.
• May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the analysis of data.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes, and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
• May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Audits data.
• Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements related to metric tracking activities.
• Tracks materials financial performance and initiates corrective actions when required.

• Excess & Obsolete Inventory
• Material Shortage Incidents
• Production Schedule Adherence & Supplier On-Time Delivery

Desired Experience and Skills:

• SAP HANA experience (desirable).
• Experience in Automotive industry (desirable).
• Advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Demange and supply planning.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Daily review of RMA transactions.
• Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts.
• Receive data entry for clients.
• Update content list and item master.
