Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst located in Tijuana, Otay Campus to interface with customers on strategic materials and support GPSC reporting. The role involves data research trends to facilitate informed decisions and cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and manage Purchase Price Variance and actions.
• Support sourcing and pricing strategies for materials.
• Maintain raw material parameters in ERP.
• Review material costs with Global SCM.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and PPV targets.
• Drive cost take-down strategies and cost control.
• Review distribution and inventory procedures for efficiency.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Tijuana, Otay Campus.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst role is In charge of customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts. Hold up material manager or director to develop, implement GPSC reports, data research trends to facilitate resolutions making.

What a typical day looks like:

• Measure and report Purchase Price Variance and initiate action plans.
• Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
• Generates and maintains raw material item key parameters in ERP.
• Manage material cost review with Global SCM.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Working with inventory level and PPV targets.
• Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.
• Drive reconciliation process with customer (PPV, Premium charges, carrying costs, excess and obsolete inventory)
• Develop and implement cost take down strategies.
• Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in purchasing, sourcing or planning.
• Good communication skills for internal and external presentations.
• Ability to work within a team and be self-motivated.
• Detail Oriented and excellent organization skills.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and functions.
