Flex is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst in Guadalajara to partner with business segments and drive strategic HR planning. You will support ramp-up for new awards, lead workforce initiatives, and collaborate with HRBPs to deploy scalable HR frameworks that align with business goals.

The role requires strong Excel skills, advanced English, and experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on planning, forecasting, and leadership-ready presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyze data and present insights.

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Workforce Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara Flex North. Reporting to the Director, Workforce Planning the Workforce Planning Analyst will be responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.

Typical day looks like:

• Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc
• Drive Headcount Planning through position creation to support ramp-up execution for new awards, in collaboration with HRBPs .
• Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for own business segment.
• Active participation in Position Management training sessions
• Consult with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet business needs.
• Drive employee communications within own business segment.
• Workday system enhancements related to Position Management Global workforce alignment with the HRBP’s of the Regions.
• Communication and creation of support material to train human resources personnel
• Ensure consistent treatment of employees and application of company policies and procedures.
• Research trends and metrics (such as exit interview data) to develop solutions and retention strategies.
• Assist local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives through HR programs, hiring activities, and compensation reviews.
• Develop and manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Foster positive working relationships across all employee levels.
• Develop and deliver training for employees and managers on HR-related topics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related function.
• Experience in Human Resources or related roles, including HR, consulting, project management, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Planning methodologies and forecasting techniques.
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• English Advanced
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience supporting high-growth and rapidly changing organizations, including cross-border reorganizations, reductions in force, mergers and acquisitions, while building scalable HR frameworks that adapt as the business grows or contracts.
• Experience partnering with globally distributed teams and supporting a diverse, multicultural workforce
• Experience developing presentations and recommendations for leadership teams
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect workforce decisions to business objectives
• High sense of urgency and flexibility to support changing business needs.
