Descripción de la vacante

Flex is seeking a Production Control Supervisor for Guadalajara to coordinate production planning, ensure material availability, and lead a team in a high-volume manufacturing setting. The role reports to the Production Manager and collaborates with multiple functions to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field, experience in materials planning or supply chain, fluent English, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Formación

Experience in materials planning, purchasing, or supply chain.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Advanced Excel and ERP systems skills.
Availability for quarterly inventory counts.
Ability to adapt to dynamic, high-volume production environments.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate daily production schedules based on demand and capacity.
Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted operations.
Monitor production output, downtime, efficiency and on-time delivery metrics.
Lead and supervise production control personnel and planners.
Collaborate with Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams.
Drive continuous improvement projects for productivity and operational excellence.
Prepare and present production reports and KPIs to management.
Support inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count activities.
