ABB en Juárez, Nuevo León, busca un profesional para liderar la conversión del plan de suministro en un programa maestro de producción ejecutable. Coordinar pronósticos, volúmenes y alcances para entregar un plan coherente.

Se requiere experiencia en planificación de la producción y en sistemas ERP/MRP; se ofrece rol en sitio con oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional dentro de Electrification.

Formación

• Experiencia en planificación y programación de la producción en entornos ETO/MTO o de ensamblaje a pedido.
• Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura.
• Experiencia con sistemas ERP/MRP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).

Responsabilidades

• Convertir el pronóstico y la capacidad en un plan maestro de producción ejecutable.
• Traducir previsiones y volumen en un plan de producción con cronograma.
• Definir indicadores de rendimiento del plan maestro.
• Mantener retroalimentación exacta con gerentes y pronósticos.
• Generar informes de la master schedule frente al plan de negocio y envíos.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
