ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist who will convert forecasted demand into a master production schedule and time-phased build plan to drive manufacturing. This on-site role combines analytics with cross-functional collaboration to improve schedule accuracy and supply reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with high-volume, high-movement lines.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP) and Excel/Power BI.

Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.Qualifications for the roleBachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.Previous experience in supplying high volume & high movement lines.Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Excel & Power BI).
