ABB in Juarez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico is seeking a skilled Production Planning professional to convert supply plans into master production schedules and translate forecasts into executable production plans. You will establish KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage detailed schedules across multiple product lines.

The role requires 5+ years in production planning, APICS knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS), capacity plans, and work order execution timelines.
• APICS Knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced English Level.

Responsabilidades

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed.

Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule.

You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.

• Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.
