ABB en Apodaca, Nuevo León, busca un Planning & Fulfillment Manager para convertir el plan de suministro en un programa maestro de producción ejecutable. Convertirá forecasts y volúmenes en planes con calendario y establecerá KPIs de precisión.

Será responsable de generar reportes de programa maestro, coordinar con gestión funcional y asegurar dates de entrega a servicio al cliente en varias líneas de producto, manteniendo eficiencia y cumplimiento.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, administration or similar discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assemble-to-order environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) and capacity plans.
• APICS knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Translate forecasts, volumes and work scopes into a time phased production plan.
• Establish KPIs for master plan accuracy and track performance.
• Assemble master schedule reports covering business, shipment, inventory and production plans.
• Schedule supply to meet customer demand across multiple product lines.

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
