ABB in Juarez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico is seeking a skilled Production Planning professional to convert supply plans into master production schedules and translate forecasts into executable production plans. You will establish KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage detailed schedules across multiple product lines.

The role requires 5+ years in production planning, APICS knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS), capacity plans, and work order execution timelines.
• APICS Knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced English Level.

Responsabilidades

• Convert supply plan into a master production schedule that can be executed.
• Translate forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a time-phased production plan.
• Establish KPIs for master plan accuracy.
• Schedule supply based on product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to customer service across multiple product lines.
• Assemble master schedule reports showing performance against business, shipment, inventory, and production plans.
• Interact with functional managers and maintain forecast through timely feedback.
