DiDi Chuxing is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Marketplace team in the City Operations organization. You will build deep insights about ride-hailing dynamics from drivers, passengers, pricing, and competition perspectives, and translate them into actionable strategies.

You will own the development of engagement and retention initiatives, and partner with marketing, product, and research to enhance user experience through dashboards and analytics.

Formación

• Engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background.
• All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own development and execution of strategies to improve engagement, loyalty, retention, and market share growth.
• Conduct data analysis and create operational dashboards to understand day-to-day user behavior.
• Develop scalable initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and user research to enhance the user’s experience.
