Job summary

FBS is seeking a Marketing Decision Scientist to drive marketing measurement and media effectiveness through incrementality testing, causal inference, and advanced analytics. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that optimize media investments and improve business outcomes.

The role sits within the Media Measurement & Analytics team, which supports media budgets with analytical rigor, testing, and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience applying causal inference tools to real-life problems.
Experience with experimental design and incrementality testing.
At least 3 years of experience in Analytics and/or Data Science.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Working knowledge of R or Python, SQL, and Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement incrementality tests.
Develop other forms of marketing measurement to provide a full picture of marketing effectiveness.
Communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
