Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Market Manager to develop and execute market strategies that drive growth and profitability for defined product lines within a designated market segment.

You will analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support commercial initiatives and industry events. You will ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines while representing Hitachi at key industry events and fostering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–9 years of experience in the electrical industry with strong market understanding.
• At least 5 years in Market Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish and international travel availability desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities.
• Develop and execute market strategies and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability.
• Define product and solution roadmaps, manage lifecycle including positioning, pricing, launches.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to develop value propositions and support initiatives.
• Monitor market performance and represent Hitachi at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
