Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Market Manager to develop and execute market strategies that drive growth and profitability for defined product lines within a designated market segment.

You will analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support commercial initiatives and industry events. You will ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines while representing Hitachi at key industry events and fostering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–9 years of experience in the electrical industry with strong market understanding.
• At least 5 years in Market Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish and international travel availability desirable.

The Opportunity:

Your background:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business decisions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in market research tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and fluent English; Spanish and international travel availability are highly desirable.
