Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in communications, engagement, or organizational development.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience creating professional materials and presentations.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Create materials including presentations, newsletters, digital content, and visuals.
• Support leadership communications and site-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Manage training-related documentation and metrics.
