Job summary

PHINIA Inc. seeks a Training & Organizational Development professional at the Chihuahua site to drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and effective internal communications.

You will partner with HR leadership to develop training strategies, coordinate onboarding, and evaluate program impact within a manufacturing environment. You’ll manage communications materials, foster multi-site alignment, and support change management efforts as part of a broader organizational development plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Training & Development experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive supplier/Tier 1 environment preferred.
• Proven experience leading trainers or training teams beyond coordinating providers.
• Knowledge of TWI, OJT, skills matrices and workforce programs.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and training compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal comms plans and campaigns.
• Create materials: presentations, announcements, newsletters, digital content.
• Ensure messaging consistency across channels and leadership communications.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Support organizational development and culture initiatives.
