Stryker is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead engagement and culture initiatives at our manufacturing site in Mexico. You will drive employee programs, oversee communications, and partner with leaders on action plans.

This role focuses on data-driven HR support and cross-functional collaboration across shifts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 4+ years’ experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with strong MS Office and HR systems skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, including advanced business writing skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with HR systems and workforce‑related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR projects and programs related to employee engagement, culture, communication, and organizational initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement and recognition programs, including awards, recognition activities, anniversaries, town halls, and site-wide events.
• Coordinate employee survey processes, including data validation, deployment, reporting, action plan tracking, and follow-up activities across multiple shifts and employee populations.
• Create and distribute internal communications related to organizational updates, benefits, policies, employee programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Administer and continuously improve communication channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, digital displays, dashboards, and audiovisual content.
• Prepare reports, presentations, scorecards, and business review materials to support HR leadership and business decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to analyze employee feedback, monitor engagement action plans, and implement culture-focused initiatives across the site.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance indicators, coordinate improvement plans, and support contract administration activities.
