Job summary

Stryker in Mexico (Tijuana) is seeking an HR professional to lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications for a manufacturing site. The role involves coordinating surveys, recognition programs, and cross-functional HR projects across shifts and populations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, have at least 4 years of experience, and be fluent in English and Spanish with strong business writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, including advanced business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects and programs related to employee engagement, culture, communication, and organizational initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement and recognition programs, including awards, recognition activities, anniversaries, town halls, and site-wide events.
• Coordinate employee survey processes, including data validation, deployment, reporting, action plan tracking, and follow-up activities across multiple shifts and employee populations.
• Create and distribute internal communications related to organizational updates, benefits, policies, employee programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Administer and continuously improve communication channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, digital displays, dashboards, and audiovisual content.
• Prepare reports, presentations, scorecards, and business review materials to support HR leadership and business decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to analyze employee feedback, monitor engagement action plans, and implement culture-focused initiatives across the site.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance indicators, coordinate improvement plans, and support contract administration activities.
