Corning Inc. seeks an HR Strategy & Operations Partner for Mexico to turn HR priorities into structured execution across manufacturing sites. You will guide projects, coordinate governance, and partner with HR leaders to shape strategy into action.

You will develop executive communications and leverage AI/digital tools to simplify processes while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as HR, business, industrial engineering, or organizational development.
• 3–6 years of progressive experience in project management, HR, or operations.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic HR projects across manufacturing locations.
• Drive alignment and execution with stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies.
• Develop executive-level communications and decision-support materials.
• Improve HR processes via continuous improvement and digital productivity tools.
