The Hershey Company in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Team Lead for maintenance and calibration to coordinate daily skilled-trades work within a single team. You will assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to safety and procedures while resolving routine issues and escalating larger problems as needed.

You will guide technicians through routine repairs, inspections, and calibrations, plan daily work, and maintain alignment with production goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in maintenance, repair, calibration or team leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily skilled-trades work and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Daily Skilled-Trades Work: assign tasks, organize priorities, ensure tools and instructions are available, monitor execution.
• Support Maintenance, Repair, and Calibration Activities: oversee routine technical work, guide troubleshooting, escalate cross-line issues.
• Plan and Adjust Daily Work Schedules: prepare and adapt daily schedules based on production needs and staffing.
• Investigate Routine Equipment or Process Issues: evaluate symptoms, apply known solutions, involve operators to gather facts.
• Communicate Status and Challenges to Leaders and Peers: provide updates on completion, risks, and resources.
