You will guide a team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Utilities Technicians, partner with Production and Engineering, and drive preventive/corrective maintenance, RCFA, and capital project support. The role emphasizes TPM, Lean Maintenance, 5S, and safety compliance (LOTO, confined space, hot work) while delivering cost reductions and efficiency gains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial utility systems.
• Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and reliability improvement programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team of approximately 12 technicians.
• Establish daily maintenance priorities to support production and operational goals.
• Ensure safe and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production and Operations teams.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical equipment and utility systems.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex maintenance issues.
• Lead RCFA and implement corrective actions.
• Develop maintenance standards, procedures, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate maintenance resources during major shutdowns and project activities.
• Drive TPM, Lean Maintenance, 5S, and equipment performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and lower maintenance costs.
• Partner with Maintenance Planning to optimize preventive maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Controls Engineering on troubleshooting, automation, and commissioning efforts.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS procedures, including LOTO, confined space, and hot work requirements.
