H.B. Fuller Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Monterrey, Mexico. This role leads all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related field, along with over 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance. Proficiency in LOTO practices, as well as strong leadership and communication skills, are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in supervisory industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission.
• Proven experience with LOTO and high-risk work permits.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor Maintenance Technicians.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Identify and implement small-scale engineering improvements.
