Job summary

Grundfos in San Luis Potosí, Mexico is seeking a Projects Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute capital and engineering projects that modernize our production capabilities and support long-term operational excellence.

You will lead strategic investment projects, manage budgets and funding, and collaborate with a diverse team to strengthen our manufacturing footprint for years to come.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic fields.
• PM certification or equivalent experience in managing complex projects is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong English language proficiency (Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects (CAPEX, ECM, Footprint, PD, Layout) for new equipment and process changes.
• Prepare and manage the plant's investment plan and evaluate the 5-year roadmap.
• Manage diverse funding sources (CAPEX/OPEX) and ensure accurate financial recording.
• Conduct capacity and demand analyses over 1–5 years to manage risk.
• Identify and address EHS risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Review project procedures to align with quality requirements and regulations.
