Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to join a dynamic team in Mexico City. You will drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings with strategic project management, Lean methods, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, corrective actions, SOP development, and CapEx oversight to deliver tangible process improvements across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Five years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• One to three years of technical experience.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement projects to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Determine root cause using problem-solving tools and Lean principles.
• Create corrective action plans and project milestones with sustainable implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement countermeasures and verify results.
• Develop training documents and SOPs; store in Agile system.
• Manage CapEx projects with focus on cost savings/avoidance targets.
