Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an engineer to maintain, grow, and adapt the Santa Clara infrastructure within CapEx programs. You will manage budgets, scopes, and timelines for capital projects, coordinating internal teams and external contractors to ensure safety and compliance across facilities.

The role emphasizes reliability, cost control, and effective communication with corporate management, while supporting lab, production, and office spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a facilities/infrastructure/maintenance role.
• Experience implementing safe work policies with contractors.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare budgets and project scopes for CapEx.
• Execute CapEx projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate maintenance, modification, or adaptation of infrastructure, buildings, and offices (non-capitalizable).
• Provide infrastructure support for laboratory, production, and machining areas.
• Coordinate and manage external service providers for facilities (vendor oversight).
