Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Sales Engineer for Domestic Building Services to drive residential pump solutions in Mexico. You will grow distributor and installer networks, manage the full sales cycle from quotation through order, and help expand Grundfos’ home pump portfolio while aligning with pricing strategies.

You will collaborate with the Mexico sales team, finance, and engineering to optimize account management, document processes, and participate in marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Above all, you're a results-oriented sales professional with solid technical knowledge of pump systems, strong networking skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the residential building services value chain.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales or technical sales experience in pumps, HVAC, or building services.
• Intermediate English proficiency — ability to read technical documents, write communications, and participate in training.
• Solid understanding of residential pump applications, local regulations, and building services processes.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with experience managing distributor or installer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and build distributor/installer networks across your territory.
• Handle full sales cycle from quote to order with accurate costing and pump selection.
• Support marketing activities and trainings to hit sales targets.
• Record customer activities and opportunities in the CRM per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Mexico sales, finance, and engineering on account strategies.
• Provide complete documentation to customer service and engineering at order handover.
