Confidential Jobs is seeking a regional Project Manager with a strong engineering background to drive complex manufacturing initiatives. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and technical risk, ensuring projects are properly engineered, validated, and prepared for startup.

This role requires hands‑on execution experience, decisive leadership, and the ability to guide local project managers across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Project Management (PMI or similar) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate from the early stages in defining the technical scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, risks, and business requirements.
• Ensure the development or contracting of conceptual, basic, or detailed engineering according to the complexity and criticality of the project.
• Validate technical specifications, layouts, drawings, bills of quantities, construction bases, installation criteria, and required deliverables.
• Lead or provide technical support for the execution of relevant projects.
• Provide technical and methodological guidance to local project managers to strengthen the discipline of CAPEX project management.
