Flowserve Santa Clara in Estado de México seeks a Facilities Engineer to manage CapEx and maintain infrastructure for buildings, offices, and plant services. You will coordinate budgets, supervision, risk analysis, and vendor management.

The role requires a civil/industrial/electrical background, 3–4 years in facilities maintenance, and proficiency with CAD, MS Office, and MS Project. English at an intermediate level is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in a facilities, infrastructure, or industrial maintenance role.
• Experience implementing safe work policies with contractors.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.
• Proficiency with CAD software, MS Office and MS Project.
• Knowledge of electricity and civil works required.
• Adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and prepare budgets and project scopes for CapEx.
• Execute CapEx projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate infrastructure, buildings, and office maintenance (non-capitalizable).
• Track spending, report to management, and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors and manage external services.
• Provide infrastructure support for labs, production, and machining areas.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and act as backup when needed.
• Develop layouts and modification proposals.
