MillerKnoll in Mexico seeks an experienced Manufacturing/Operations leader to drive New Product Development and launch programs, collaborating with Engineering, Product Development and Vendors to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery with lean practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years in NPD/launch, leadership of cross-functional teams, and bilingual English/Spanish; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional level experience in NPD and launch, preferably in upholstered seating.
• Expert experience with leading cross-functional technical project teams.
• Knowledgeable in Lean principles and application.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• PMP Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Operations Engineering, Product Development and Vendors to meet project goals.
• Coordinate operational project teams and resources assigned to project teams.
• Define, locate, and secure internal and external manufacturing and assembly resources.
• Ensure lean manufacturing principles and quality standards are reflected in all project results.
• Maintain communication with project teams for successful implementation within directives.
• Provide leadership to order fulfillment functions of the programs.
• Serve as liaison to operations units for integration and outsourcing decisions.
• Position site manufacturing plans to meet customer lead-time expectations.
• Support external supply management for new product initiatives.
