Plexus in Mexico’s Jalisco region seeks an experienced manufacturing technical specialist to guide production, optimize processes for efficiency and quality, and support new product introductions. You will apply best practices and mentor others on site.

As a key contributor, you will train teams, ensure manufacturability of new products, and maintain regional documentation in accordance with quality standards and change management procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops Manufacturing solutions and provides services that meet stakeholder needs through technical expertise and mentorship of others within site as it applies to their role.
