Newell Brands in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Sr Production Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing schedules while maintaining safety, quality, productivity and efficiency across operations. You will lead production teams, drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinate with Planning, Engineering and Quality to meet KPIs and ISO/FSC standards.

This role requires 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in a related field,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years leading manufacturing operations.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge required.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Shift flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, lead, and develop production teams.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs including OEE and quality.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, HR and other support functions.
• Ensure ISO and FSC compliance.
