MillerKnoll is seeking an experienced leader to drive new product development projects, process development and operational leadership across manufacturing. You will collaborate with operations, product development, and vendors to align strategies and ensure successful product flow through manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in NPD/launch, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a strong lean mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional level experience in NPD and launch, preferably in upholstered seating.
• Expert experience with leading cross-functional technical project teams.
• Knowledgeable in Lean principles and application.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet goals.
• Coordinate resources and manage project budgets and timing.
• Ensure lean manufacturing and quality standards are applied.
• Communicate with operations, manufacturing, and NPD teams.
• Develop site manufacturing plans to meet lead-time and outsourcing decisions.
• Support external supply management for new product initiatives.
