MillerKnoll is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide new product development projects, process improvements, and manufacturing execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align resources, and drive lean practices across the program lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in NPD/launch, engineering background, PMP and bilingual English/Spanish. Strong leadership and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional level experience in NPD and launch, preferably in upholstered seating.
• Lean principles knowledge and PMP project management skills are required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Operations Engineering, Product Development and Vendors to meet project goals.
• Coordinate operational project teams and allocate internal or external resources.
• Define and secure manufacturing and assembly resources and maintain a supporting network.
• Ensure lean manufacturing principles and quality standards are reflected in results.
• Provide leadership for order fulfillment within project programs and oversee site plans.
