MillerKnoll is seeking an experienced Operations leader to drive new product development projects from concept to launch, coordinating with product development, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth flow through manufacturing.

You will apply lean principles, lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and align manufacturing site plans with customer lead-times, while supporting strategic outsourcing decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional level experience in NPD and launch.
• Lean principles knowledge and application.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Operations Engineering, Product Development and Vendors to meet project goals and align with HMI standards and best practices.
• Coordinate operational project teams and allocate internal or external resources to the project teams.
• Define, locate, and secure internal and external manufacturing and assembly resources and maintain a network to support product design, engineering and manufacturing.
• Provide leadership to the order fulfillment functions of the project programs and support lean manufacturing and quality standards.
