Emerson is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Programmer in Mexico to develop and optimize fabrication processes for parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. You will collaborate with design engineering on new product releases and drive cost, timing, and tooling improvements.

The role requires 2–5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, plus Lean Six Sigma expertise and proficiency with CAD/ERP/MES tools.

Formación

• 2–5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software (CAD, ERP, MES preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
• Execute successful acquisition and industrialization of new equipment and tooling.
• Plan and successful competition of special projects as product transfers, new products launch and improvement projects.
