• Drive test optimization, improvement and execution to plan with Test and Quality Engineering leads.
• Develop and implement new technical systems; benchmark against best-in-class solutions.
• Forecast labour needs and identify skills gaps for future business requirements.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and development plans.
• Support internal and external customers with engineering solutions and quotes.
