Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions company, seeks a Production Supervisors and Supervisors In Training program lead to ensure their effectiveness across the plant. This role focuses on coaching, developing and evaluating front-line supervisors to drive safe, efficient production.

You will analyze performance data, guide continuous improvement, and share best practices with other Jabil facilities to strengthen overall plant results while supporting customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates data and audits processes to support plant success.
• Guides Production Supervisors to continuous improvement while maintaining profitable production.
• Provides exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.
• Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting and metrics management.
• Ensures data gathering methods are adequate and non-redundant.
• Introduces best practices and new processes.
• Exchanges knowledge with other Jabil facilities to share best practices.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
