Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead the Manufacturing Engineering function and coordinate daily activities.
• Strong problem solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineers and Machine Support Engineers.
• Drive process test optimization and execution to plan.
• Develop and implement new technical systems and improvements.
• Support labour forecasting and skills needs for new business requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive Lean deployment.
