Job summary

Jabil is seeking a senior Lean/CI leader to drive the strategy and deployment of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence across its plants. You will embed disciplined problem solving, daily management, and visual systems to sustain improvements and align with business priorities.

You will lead Kaizen events, develop Lean capability, and ensure projects deliver measurable financial benefits while promoting a culture of continuous learning and standardization across

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Black Belt certification required or equivalent.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, deployment, and sustainability of Lean/Operational Excellence initiatives across sites.
• Design and implement visual management systems and daily management routines to connect strategy to execution.
• Drive Kaizen events, process improvements, and standardized work with measurable financial benefits.
• Coach and develop Lean deployment teams and plant leaders to sustain improvements over time.
• Collaborate with finance to quantify economic value of projects and report progress to senior management.
