Qualifications

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools including work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, and operations research.
• Understanding of Jabil's global strategies and direction; knowledge of site facilities and how they tie to company direction.
• Strong financial and analytical ability; track record of change management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and manage integrated production and service delivery systems.
• Drive cross-functional projects within a workcell to improve profitability and productivity.
• Develop/sustain/drive yield improvement programs; own time study analyses.
• Support SAP, MES, and data systems; assist other IE SMEs as needed.
• Lead 5S and ergonomic improvements; optimize layout and workstations.
• Create/update quotes and tooling requirements; assist in warehousing considerations.
