The ideal candidate will recruit and develop Line Managers, drive performance metrics, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor and develop Line Managers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify people requirements for the workcell and customer/product needs.
• Recruit, interview and hire Line Managers.
• Coach Line Managers in hiring processes and performance management.
• Develop training curricula and ensure proper tools access for staff.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and timely feedback.
• Coordinate production team activities and manage crises to keep focus.
