Carrier Global Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process stability, efficiency and continuous improvement across assembly lines. You will optimize production performance, support new product introductions, and implement innovative manufacturing solutions to enhance productivity, quality and safety.

The role demands analytical, proactive and collaborative professionals with experience in Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Analytical, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI principles.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English proficiency (ability to read and write technical documentation).

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequences and processes for manufacture or fabrication.
• Interfaces with design engineering to coordinate new product releases.
• Estimates manufacturing cost and determines time standards; advises on tooling and process requirements.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations coordination.
• Executes successful acquisition and industrialization of new equipment and tooling.
